The Idea
Ice cream is little reviewed and much consumed. The making and eating of ice cream is an art. My little sister was given an ice cream maker for her birthday one year. One of her first concoctions was an over-sugared, very white Vanilla-flavoured offering. Yet it was the fact that she had made it for my family which made it special. She did improve and made many other flavours, one with Cinder Toffee being a highlight. And I continue to be a fan of ice cream, really good ice cream. The kind of ice cream you only get on holiday when you're a child at the seaside, and remember as being the chocolatiest, sweetest, most delicious thing you ever tasted. So join me as I (slowly) eat my way around, and share my ice cream with you. But not literally. I'm too greedy for that.
